What does a peach taste like with creole seasoning on it?
Actually very good. Hot and sweet flavors are great together.
Take 1/2 inch thick slices of fresh pineapple dusted with cyan, drizzle some EVO and grill over a high heat until the sugar in the pineapple starts to caramelize but not burn (dark brown grill marks on each side). Serve with a grilled Jamaican jerk pork roast.
You can also dust a mango with cyan, it's great.

I guess the sweetness of the peach gives the spice even more punch. You can make something taste hot I know by mixing sugar and white pepper too.
Today I had beef noodle soup and chips. It's gray and cool and rainy today so soup was just right.
